The League of Women's Voters of Greater Tucson is preparing its voters guide for the November election to educate voters on issues, propositions and candidates.

"We're preparing a voters guide, which is coming out to help voters understand the propositions that will be on the ballot,"says Phylis Carnahan, president of the League of Women Voters of Greater Tucson.

The guide will include background information on each proposition, including what passage and failure would mean.

The league will hold a general program at the Joel D. Valdez Library in downtown Tucson on Saturday to discuss propositions in further detail.
