View Video TUSD Override Would fund technology upgrades and reduce class sizes — October 12, 2009

Voters within the Tucson Unified School District are being asked to consider two propositions that would ask taxpayers to override Tucson Unified School District's budget to improve technology and reduce class sizes.

Proposition 401 would provide 18-million dollars a year to fund all-day kindergarten, internet speed upgrades with 187 dollars per child going back to each school.

Proposition 402 provides 9-million dollars a year to fund up to 10 thousand computers in classrooms throughout the district.
