The owner of Peach Properties and other partners have invested about $9 million into the renovation and additional construction of the fomer Martin Luther King apartments in Downtown Tucson.

One North Fifth as it is now called, has 96 units, most of them at market rate, that are attracting multiple new residents to downtown Tucson.

Tony Paniagua speaks to one of the new residents, Ali Leuw, a music therapist and singer/songwriter.

We also hear from Ron Schwabe, President of Peach Properties, which in addition to housing, is working on about 9,000 square feet of commercial space.
