Newsmaker - Jeanine Derby

May 23, 2008

Roundtable guest Jeanine Derby, Forest Supervisor for Coronado National Forest joins us to address multiple issues:
- The proposed Rosemont Copper Mine
- The 50 miles of border with Mexico and ensuing concerns such as immigration and garbage
- A class-action lawsuit against the forest for charging a 5 dollar fee to enter forest. Opponents of the fee say it can't be charged for using undeveloped camping areas and parking alongside the road.

Joining Tony Paniagua on the Roundtable panel are Ann Brown of the Arizona Daily Star and Jim Nintzel of the Tucson Weekly.
